BLISSVILLE RAIL TERMINAL
Built to supply sustainable cement alternatives to the New York metro area

The Blissville Rail Terminal, located in Queens, New York, is an innovative partnership with Eco Material Technologies. The terminal is designed to supply sustainable cement alternatives to the New York metro area. By utilizing the New York & Atlantic Railway infrastructure, the terminal will play a key role in delivering low-carbon supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) for infrastructure and construction projects throughout the region.
Capable of distributing approximately 50,000 tons of harvested fly ash annually, the terminal supports the replacement of up to 25% of traditional portland cement in standard mixes—and up to 100% in select applications—thanks to Eco Material’s proprietary technologies. This significantly reduces carbon emissions from construction while maintaining performance and durability.
As part of Eco Material’s national network, the Blissville Terminal integrates sustainable logistics through rail transportation, minimizing environmental impact and improving efficiency. The site sources high-quality materials from landfill harvesting projects, including the company’s facility in Danville, Pennsylvania, helping decarbonize the North American concrete supply chain.
